Return Policy & Shipping 

Where do you ship to?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

What is your Shipping Policy?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes we do!

Do you ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address?

Yes we do!

When will my order ship?

We will strive to ship your order out as fast as possible. Orders normally will ship within 1 to 2 business days and may take up to 3-4 days in transit.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders of $99 or more within the the Continental U.S. ship free. Subscription orders within Continental U.S. ship free. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns are not accepted. All products are final sale. Items are non-returnable due to potential safety risk associated with this ingestible product type, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, If you have any issues you may reach out to us at hello@jockofuel.com to be considered for a refund or replacement.

I received the wrong product, what should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please email us at hello@jockofuel.com or text us at 1-888-290-3172 so we can resolve the issue for you.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

Because orders are processed so quickly, we are unable to modify or cancel your order once it's been processed.

How long does it take to process a refund?

You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Subscriptions

How do I update or cancel my subscription?

If you log into your account, there is a link in the main menu under Account that says Subscriptions, and another one at the very bottom left of every page. It will show all products you are subscribed to and you can adjust how often they are delivered or cancel subscription from right there.

Do you offer Free Shipping on subscription orders?

You get 10% Off when subscribing to products, PLUS, if your shipping address is in the lower 48 United States, you get FREE SHIPPING ON SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS FOR LIFE! Simply choose a Subscription Option when adding the product to your cart.

Do you have wholesale pricing?

Military Discounts 

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes, we offer a Military discount with GOVX. Please visit the Military discount link in the footer of the site and verify your status with GOVX or contact us at hello@jockofuel.com.

Jocko Fuel Rewards 

Do my rewards expire?

Yes. Rewards are valid for 1 year. They will expire after 1 year.

Is there a minimum purchase to use my reward?

Yes. $10 rewards require a minimum purchase of $50, $20 rewards require a minimum purchase of $80, $30 rewards require a minimum purchase of $100.

Can rewards be combined with other discounts?

No. Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or promo codes.

Where can I redeem my rewards?

Rewards can be redeemed on Jockofuel.com.

Do my Jocko Fuel rewards points expire?

Yes. Points expire 1 year after date earned.

Promotions 

How does Buy 2 Get 1 Free work?

Buy 2 items and get 1 free. Add 3 items to your cart and the third item will be free. The free item will be the lowest priced item in the cart. The 3rd item must be added to the cart.  Discount will be automatically applied during checkout. Not valid on subscriptions, gift cards or bundles. Cannot be combined with coupon codes or loyalty points.
