Our minds have a funny way of letting us rationalize our excuses. We put off what we know we should be doing today, and then try to avoid it again tomorrow. Get up and do it now. When you skip the excuses instead of skipping the work, you’ll surprise yourself with how much you get accomplished

Go deep. Don’t allow yourself to skip the part of your day that you dislike. Do that set first, do two extra reps, and prove it to yourself. With reasonable and incremental goals, you’ll reach your body’s full potential. And no matter what, don’t skip leg day.
FOCUS
ON IMPROVEMENT
Not everybody is a pro athlete or elite fitness guru. Your competition is with yourself. Don’t focus on the goal that seems out of your reach. Focus on improving from the you that you were yesterday. Most of all, keep moving forward.
